HERE’S HOW WE CAN HELP
Evaluation & Therapy Services
Evaluations
During the evaluation, we will review your intake forms, complete a case history interview, and listen to your questions and concerns. The process will include both formal assessments and informal observations of your loved one— allowing us to learn about their communication strengths, challenges, and how their communication skills compare to same-age peers.
Following the evaluation, you will receive a written report, recommendations, and therapy goals. We will discuss next steps together!
Our Approach to Therapy
At Speech-Language Solutions, our sessions incorporate play, special interests, and motivating activities for our clients. We use hands-on activities to make learning fun and provide lots of positive encouragement to help our clients reach their goals. We aim to make speech therapy a rewarding and fun experience for everyone.
We also get families involved in the therapy process. Parents always walk away with the education and training they need to do what we do in therapy, at home!

Problem-solving
We understand the unique challenges presented by ADHD, twice-exceptional learners, and autism. Through collaborations with Michigan State University, Hope Network Center for Autism, the Speech Neurophysiology Lab, and the ADHD Center of West Michigan, we strive to expand our understanding of neurodiversity and take a strengths-based approach to therapy.
